Lock In
by John Scalzi
I enjoyed this book immensely. I will say this though: it probably could have benefitted from being about 100 pages longer. The premise was so complex that developing it thoroughly enough to make sense meant taking away some from developing characters and plot. It wasn't a huge detraction, but I definitely wanted more by time I reached the end.
