I received an ARC from the author for an honest review!
This is the third book of the contemporary mythos series and my favorite by far!! Harm was probably the most complex heroine we have yet and Ares is... hot as hell. I think what really gets me about these books is that even though we have the classic fated love/mates/whatever you want to call them, the MC is never reliant on the god for anything they couldn’t already do themselves. We support strong women in this house.
I can’t wait to see where this series goes. Hot men and strong ladies all around. (Fair warning for my fellow alphabet mafia goons, all the romances are MF which I would maybe like to see some differentiating on in the future cuz after all these are the ancient Greeks we’re talking about...)
