“You belong to me, and I intend to demonstrate that fact to you.” ❤️🗡️❤️🗡️
Reynaud has just returned home from being held captive for the past 7 years and is determined to get his life back. He is feverish and wild when he bursts into his family home demanding it be returned to him. Beatrice is the niece to the current earl and she has secretly crushed on the idea of the man whose portrait she has seen the wall daily. Now the real man is here…can he live up to her fantasy?
This book didn’t do it for me. 😑 I wanted more depth and I didn’t get it. I also hate how it ended. I wanted him groveling and crawling on his knees. I wanted enemies to lovers, but no. I wanted Reynaud to be more flirtatious. WHERE IS THE FIRE?! 🔥
📅 Historical Romance
🗡️ Possessive Alpha
👥 Forced Proximity
🩸 Romantic Suspense
🖊️ Tattooed / Scarred Hero
📖 Third Person POV
📚 Series — Book 4
