If you enjoy the following: single dad/nanny, age gap (24 & 32 so it didn't creep me out), brother’s best friend, fainting goat named Ziggy & a dirty-talking cow boy (spicy ferris wheel ride!!!!!!!)
Jensen finds out he has a 5 year old boy (Caleb) overnight & decides to leave the big city to move home to Montana so he can have support in learning not only how to be a parent but help in guiding Caleb through some traumatic stuff. Briar is the little sister of Jensen’s best friend, and also the owner of the cabin Jensen & Caleb are staying in.
I enjoyed this book. I am new to some cowboy romance, but Einerson does it well I think, showing bits & pieces but making it feel natural & not too cliche. Loved the shenanigans Briar gets into with her friends, one being an animal lover who kidnaps/rescues animals (please see note about the goat above) Definitely recommend as a romance, with a HEA!
Ps. The bonus scene from Caleb’s perspective melted my heart.
Thank you to Luna Literary for the ARC!
