This volume deals with some tough emotional issues, since Ryo is outed in a very public way, which does great things for their sales, but is hard for him to deal with at school. It also deals with the complexities of identity, as the youtuber Wing, who creates the viral video, is struggling with the way their identity has diverged from when they started making content and how that makes them feel like a fake to themselves.
