Baaaahhhhhh I just..... I had high hopes. I really was so excited for this book/series and then I got to reading it and I felt it was okay. After reading book two I just want to put it behind me.
Again, I said it in the last book, this wasn't bad and not worth reading; having said that, it wasn't amazing either. I always find this happens with my thoughts on Vi and Penelope collabs. I love the storyline, characters, and twists, but I think it's the dialogue that is just not what I expect it to be at the end of it all. It feels like it isn't enough for what I expect the story to be.
I feel like I'm alone in thinking this because everyone seems to love their books and I can totally see why, but I think it's just not for me. I'm on the hunt for the best of the best though and I hope to find it. I HAVE FAITH IN THESE TWO, WE JUST KEEP MEETING ON THE WRONG TERMS.
