It kills me to give this only three stars...
compared to other league novels this one felt short and rushed, probably because it was. The physical romance parts was glossed over, which annoyed me. These books have never shied away from sex scenes, but this one did because of the MM issue.
Maris' character was great as usual, and the extra back story we got was great but I felt like Ture was not fully developed as a character.
Honestly, I liked the story itself but it read more like a mid-series novella than a stand alone book. Nyk and Darling's books were longer, with more fanfare, more drama, etc. I just feel like Maris got jipped a bit.... however, he is still Maris and I love him! Even more now.
