“Little sunflower.”
I loved this book. The characters, the story, the plot twists were all so well-written.
I loved the crazy dynamic and chemistry between Kayla and Nathan. Both of them were dark and twisted, and really interesting.
There were times I hated Nathan during one sentence and loved him the next sentence. He was an unpredictable psychopath, but at the same time, such a softie and a loving person.
The character development was great, especially on Nathan, and I liked how he stayed himself but also learned and matured as a character.
The huge plot twist towards the end was something I truly didn’t see coming. The ending felt a bit rushed, while the beginning of the book was more slow-paced.
I haven’t read any of Lola King’s books before, but I definitely need to check them out.
I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. Receiving ARC didn’t affect my opinion of the book.
