Nasty Women by Laura Jones

4.0

A feminist anthology demonstrating the diversity in experience of being a woman? YES, PLEASE and THANK YOU.

I am a person who will only pick up a feminist text if it includes the writing of women of colour and this certainly delivered. While not every aspect of intersectionality was discussed, there was a lot of diversity.

I loved pretty much all of the contributions; particularly the ones focusing on contraception, being a black woman and the spaces available online, foraging and witchcraft, being an immigrant in a racist country.

I love intersectional feminism!!!
