House of Beating Wings by Olivia Wildenstein

adventurous challenging emotional inspiring reflective medium-paced

5.0

This book was unique and stunning! I loved every Minute of it!
-elemental magic
- hafling’s
- stakes to the throne
- magical birds
- betrayals
- adventures
- oracle tellings.

The Plot: Everything about the land and its people were magical. I really enjoyed how we went isle to isle. Experiences new found lost lands that Fallon came upon on her journey of finding the crows. I loved the adventure she was fated to go on to find 5 crows and release them. I personally haven’t read a book with an adventure like this that would lead to being put on the throne at least that is what the oracle said……

The Characters: This is going to be shocking but Fallon was likable in her traits of loving animals like protecting her serpent but extremely dislikable in her naiveness with being in love with a purling prince who had no real intention of marrying her but she couldn’t see past it which made for an amazing story she was a complicated character which make for the best a wildest stories and you see absolutely nothing coming. We obviously love Lore for his protectiveness and he has some interesting saying that us book girlies love 🥰 .

Over all for my high stake fantasy book lovers you will devour this book from start to finish.
