Did not finish book.

DNF - I only made it like 20 pages in before it was clear that the author's dismissive nature toward political analysis of text and any criticism of the Western canon was going to be a pervasive part of this book. Not only did it not work well with my own goals in reading and writing, it gave the whole book a childish and insecure kind of feel.
