What's not to love about this book? Funny and endearing, we are caught up in the romance of two people who are perfect for each other, while disastrous for anyone else. Nora Stevens is a book agent, in New York City, who loves her sister ferociously, city life, her job, expensive shoes and her Peloton. She is all business, and has little time for anything else. When her sister Libby, pregnant with her third, asks Nora to take a month off and live a small-town life, Nora has difficulty detaching from her phone and learning to live with less. Much to her dismay, she runs into an editor who had previously, curtly, dismissed her client's book. Charlie Lastra is good at his job, and extremely good looking, and Nora finds she must work with him in this small North Carolina town. They clash, they spark. There is tension and romance. It's just lovely.
