Filthy Gods by R. Scarlett

Le sigh. How does Rebecca do it? A novella should not be this good. It didn’t even feel like a novella.

The characters and writing hooked me in. Man, does this author know how to write. You could feel the sexual tension between Nathaniel and Juliette from the very first page!

Nathaniel may be an asshole at times, but he was also genuinely good. That’s what made me love him even more. He believed in Juliette when she didn’t believe in herself. He’s definitely amazing. *all the heart eyes*

I liked how these two loved to challenge each other! Juliette is my kind of girl; sassy and gives as good as she gets.

And do not get me started on the secondary characters. I may already be obsessed with Arsen; he seems like my type. 😏 I’m more than ready for his story.

I want the next book, like yesterday. But I already know it’ll be worth the wait. These American Gods are delicious and irresistible. I can’t wait for them to meet their match.
