Reasonable Doubt: Volume 1 by Whitney G.

4.0

short. sweet. needed to be longer.

Reasonable Doubt: Volume 1: was so freaking good! I'm so happy that I took a chance on this series! In this you will meet Andrew and Aubrey. One is a lawyer and one is in law school, but she is pretending to be a lawyer. They start their friendship over online without using their real names. Every day Andrew says he wants to sleep with Aubrey..but he thinks he is talking to Alyssa. She always says no.. but tends to get hot and bothered when they are on the phone and he flirts with her.

Things tend to change once they meet each other in real life. Of course, it's when one of them is all caught in a lie. It also happens during a job interview - yikes! Shit hits the fan for a little after that.. however, the instant attraction , chemistry, and sexual tension definitely starts after that interview.

Andrew isn't allowed to sleep with any intern or coworker .. but that doesn't stop him from getting a taste of Aubrey. Their chemistry was amazing. The smut was there. I loved these two together while listening to this book. THEN that ending stabbed me in the heart.

I hate cliffhangers but that was a god damn good one. I was instantly hooked and obviously dived into the next book instantly.
