nothing happened nothing nothing happened happened....
Loved the first few chapters and the glimpse into young Jamie's life and interactions with Charlie Jacobs and family. Totally invested in the characters and cried my eyes out during the 3rd chapter. Jamie grows up and has a pretty uneventful life, while Charlie is out there pulling a Victor Frankenstein, but we don't get to see that too much. Charlie was absolutely the most interesting and dynamic character but doesn't show up too much in the story, and when he does, he doesn't stay too long. The ending was a bit horrifying, but I didn't like the characters enough to really care. All that being said, I still liked it.
