I like how Kim Scott is breaking conservative management style by prioritizing human relationships instead of the business end goal, at least that's my takeaway from this. If you're building good strong healthy team, you eventually will reach your business goal.

Radically Candid management approach is when you Care Personally but at the same time Challenge Directly. There are so many to unpack so I think this is a good choice for a company's book club!
