When her best friend (and secrete crush) Leo signs up for a DNA service, Abby agrees to sign up too. Leo doesn't find a match, but Abby finds out she has a mysterious older sister, Savvy. Abby and Savvy agree to meet up and try to learn what happened that Savvy was given up for adoption. Abby and Savvy couldn't be more different- Abby loves photography but hates sharing while Savvy is an Instagram influencer. Abby agrees to go to the same summer camp where Savvy (and Leo) both go so they can get to know each other more.
This was a pretty good listen. It was light and fluff. I wish that it would have explore Leo's emotions about learning Savvy was really Abby's sister a little more. After all, he was adopted by white parents while he is Filipino. It played out like a typical teen romance, with most of it being predictable, but it's sometimes good to have an easy read.
