Elle Kennedy style of writing draws people in and I can enjoy her book.
This book fell a little flat for me since the romance aspect wasn’t a focus point. It became more of a mystery since the main character had a crush on two guys whom where her roommates. I don’t mind love triangle tropes. BUT this type of love triangle wasn’t it. I don’t know if it because I hated one the love interest called Nate, he was a bit of a jerk.
I did feel that the end was a bit rushed when she choose who she felt more feelings for.
But, Elle Kennedy did get me engaged in the story and I was eager which two of the love interest she would pick in the end.
Thank you to NetGalley and Little Brown Book for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review
