Meh…
I’m clearly in the minority here but this book was just “meh” for me. I found myself annoyed by Millicent and not liking Hollis. I didn’t think the storyline was very developed either. The jump from Hollis the jerk to Hollis the romantic was very disconnected. I found the whole thing really hokey and I was rolling my eyes throughout the book. Sorry, but just not my writing style. I really wanted to give this one only 2.5 ⭐️. Why doesn’t Goodreads incorporate 1/2 ⭐️s??? lol
