This is an informative book with an interesting way of getting its points across, in a narrative style. There were some good takeaways; however, some of the dialog seemed unrealistic, like the characters didn't think for themselves and acted like kids. There's also a complete page-long summary of the book at the end, which made me wonder why I'd read the whole thing in the first place. Anyway, it was a good take on leadership and I'll remember the blend.
