The book to get me out of my slump!! Wow, I’ve told so many people to read this book recently. Each chapter left me thinking about Tara, the mountain and her family.
Although my relationship with my family is nowhere near as bad as Tara’s relationship it did make me think about how certain interactions have made me feel and act moving forward and I felt for younger Aurora.
I appreciated Tara’s journal entries and how hindsight made her understand things differently. I think that is the beautiful thing about growth, reflection and healing.
This was a great audio book. Definitely recommend.
