Overall I thought this collection of short stories was fine, but it didn't deliver on the 'horror' like I thought it would. I did like exactly half of the stories provided but I found that the ones I liked were ones that I understood where as the stories I didn't enjoy it was because I didn't see the point or understand the story. I thought it was interesting that some of these stories didn't just take place around Christmas but included other traditions around the holidays. Some of the stories I liked included:

The Importance of a Tidy Home by Christopher Golden
His Castle by Alma Katsu
Return to Bear Creek Lodge by Tananarive Due
The Ghosts of Christmases Past by Richard Kadrey

I think this would be a collection that others will really enjoy but for me it was just okay.
