A Hundred Summers by Beatriz Williams

I’ve had this on my “to read” list forever and finally grabbed it from the library this month because I wanted an easy fiction piece. I didn’t even know what it was about when I started (I’d just seen several friends give it high praise), but I was sucked in pretty quickly. Once I hit the halfway point, I couldn’t put it down! Some of the storyline was a little predictable and I felt like the ending was wrapped up a little too neatly - it’s just too convenient that all the villains died and our heroes and heroines survived. I’d have rather Nick and Budgie actually divorced rather than her dying. I did think the writing was really great and overall I still really enjoyed it! Four solid stars.
