I adored this book! It’s honestly been far too long since I’ve picked up a book and been so completely consumed by it and reading this book made me realise how much I missed it.
I loved the characters and the ways they developed. I loved Ben and reading about them and their experiences. There was so much representation and difficult themes in this book and so many different identities and I really loved reading about them and the care the author took with them. I really liked Mariam’s character and their role in Ben’s life as a friend/role model. I also loved Nathan and his sunny personality.
