While it's certainly sexist and promoting manipulative behaviour, it's also eye-opening. No moral person will use this as a manual, but it does help to recognize the traps and tricks that might be used on you and also proves how seduction and attractiveness are skills that can be learned like any other. Finding love doesn't come down to just random luck and natural suitability.
