Would give 10 stars if possible. This book was hard to understand on thw first read, but i was depressed. What can i say?
Graphic: Death, Blood, and Grief
Minor: Death of parent
This book starts at the beginning of Harrowhark's depressive episode in the second person which is kind of rough esp if you yourself are also going through a depressive episode. I did have to stop this book the first time I tried to get into it. Definitely suggest going into this reading ready to be confused and also very sad. That said, I don't think that's to the detriment of this book I just think her sense of hopelessness in the beginning felt way realer than I expected and I wish someone had told me that before I started.
