Wed To The Alien Brute by January Bell

5.0

When Bex's fantasy of marrying a handsome alien becomes a reality, she's over the moon – until she realizes that her new husband can't stand her. Despite her excitement about being wed to a giant green warrior, Dergoz has no interest in her. Fed up with being ignored, Bex is determined to make the most of her arranged marriage. Her plan? To stow away on his ship and charm him with her sunny disposition.

However, things don't go according to plan as Dergoz's mission takes him to a secret base, and he's furious with Bex for putting herself in danger. When an enemy boards their ship, Dergoz's gruff exterior begins to crack as he fights to keep them both safe. Meanwhile, Bex must decide if she's brave enough to show Dergoz the love he craves.

"For you I would be monstrous. For you I would burn the world and everything in it, just for you to forgive me. Just for one look. One kiss."

Hi, yes. Hello. I am in love with a green, tailed alien named Dergoz. If he has a million fans, I'm one of them. If he has one fan, it's me. If he has no fans, I'm dead. There isn't a single thing I wouldn't do for him. I swear January Bell wrote this book with me in mind and conjured up Dergoz with my ideal alien in mind. I'm sorry but that quote?!?! How could you not expect me to be absolutely GONE for this man?

Bex was an icon. A relatable AF icon. A fellow alien/monster romance reader who gets essentially sold off by her government to this alien race (who don't know they came without knowledge of what was happening to them) honestly hit the jackpot with this.

I'm literally obsessed with this series and especially with this book!
