This book was... unremarkable?
The entire story is told through letters which was kind of gimmicky for me. I didn't want to be told about events I wanted to witness them. I did enjoy the story overall, but it didn't leave me with any strong lasting impression. Now for something you don't hear often—I preferred the movie.
