'Who did this to you'
'Supportive family'
And a new, very specifi mini trope: 'badly done taxidermy turkey and calling it Terence'

I flew through the book. I think Amy Bellows is an amazing writer. I am sucked in straight away. Instantly connected to the world and the characters. She writes very addictively. This book is no exception.
It is wonderful and sweet.  A comfort read.

I love Silver so much. What a green flag racoon shifter! We love a body positive king. Lucas has been through a lot. And to see him find his sense of safety, was beautiful to witness.

My criticism with this book is,  the ending was sudden for me.  The book felt too short and rushed. I needed more time with them.  I will pick up the next book in this series when it comes out.  Because I love this racoon shifter family.  I can't get enough.
