Did you Comely Decapods see my stupendously compelling non-review for the previous instalment in this series? You didn’t? Why am I surprised? You are known for your spectacularly hopeless lack of judgment, after all. Anyway, the reason I ask is because said review encloses vital information about this series. Yes it does. And when I say vital, I mean life-changing, earth-shattering-type stuff. I kid you not.

Err…No I didn’t. But hey, if you have a sudden craving for a vegan, organic, gluten and GMO-free meat lover’s, I can give you Luigi’s number. Not sure he does basement coffin deliveries, though.

Sorry about the interruption. My good pal N.
he’s trying to keep his identity a secret and doesn’t want me to reveal his full name and stuff
from Transylvania is staying with me for the Holidays, and keeps distracting me whenever I sit down to write thought-provoking reviews.

So, where were we? Oh yes, we were deeply regretting that you hadn’t read our previous musings about this series (yes, I’m feeling quite royal today, and going all first person plural pronoun on you). A shame, really. Yes, a shame indeed. Anyway, given that I revealed tons of essential stuff about this series in my review for book 2, I won’t bore you by rehashing the details (which is very unlike me, as you well know) and will stick to a Quick Maths Thingie (QMT™) instead:

Whip-wielding damsel in no bloody shrimping distress + super cute labradoodle hellhound (hell-fire eyes, XXL razor teeth and smoking hide included) + NECR2 virus + surly dragon oracles + yummy demons + kitchen sink travelling + VAMP2 virus + Super Extra Hot Reapers (SEHR™) + wacko mages and devious witches and treacherous bastards oh my + Poof Gone Magic (PGM™) + unlikely switchboards + no no no no no no Jayne Faith I can’t believe you did this why are you so evilly evil, woman??!! + Kate Daniels vamp-style zombies (I’m sure Ghastek approves) =

Nefarious Last Words (NLW™): this book is Slighty Very Good (SVG) and stuff. And quite possibly the best instalment in the series and stuff. You are quite welcome. And stuff.

Book 1: Stone Cold Magic ★★★★
Book 2: Dark Harvest Magic ★★★★
Book 4: Blood Storm Magic ★★★★

[Pre-review nonsense]

Well well well, looks like there's hope for UF with female leads yet. Will wonders never cease and stuff?

I'm with you on that one, Georgie. Who the fish would have thought such a feat was still possible? This is most extraordinarily astonishing indeed.

Full review to come.
