The Book of Delights: Essays by Ross Gay

5.0

Gay speaks in eloquent prose with an expansive vocabulary, which he uses liberally, but not haughtily. He often speaks in parentheticals, which reminded me of a friend of mine, and he narrates the audiobook himself (5 hrs), which is how I enjoyed it-mostly in the car on the way to and from work. It was—yes—a delight.
