It’s eh. The mystery could be great, but instead the book is just about the FMC trauma. That would also be fine, but it’s a drown-in-their-suffering type book where there is constant dark internal dialogue with no reprieve and no insight.
Worth a read because the writing is well done, but the topic and plot just weren’t for me.
