Flâneuse: Women Walk the City in Paris, New York, Tokyo, Venice and London by Lauren Elkin

Did not finish book.
I read about 30 pages. This book feels like a college thesis. A lot of time spent talking about the author herself (who I am not given a reason to truly want to track) and the first chapter is a lot of outlining the opposite of what she wants to write about in a negative way versus focusing on the actual point which I believe is supposed to be about women who wander and understand their cities in a way totally different from those who don’t wander. Didn’t pull me in.
