This book was DELIGHTFUL. Absolutely filled to the brim with spice while still having solid plot and character exploration. I don’t know if I would say there’s a ton of deep character growth, but watching Esther and her monsters explore how they work individually and together was definitely intriguing. Moon’s writing was simple but captivating, and I very easily got sucked in to the interesting world of Rooksgrave.
More than anything else, Esther’s unabashed love of her own sexuality and pure enjoyment in others was just so fun and refreshing. Would absolutely recommend, and will definitely be reading more by Moon.
