I am a Psych nurse and my personal therapist recommended this book. Very good psychology book on mental health and PTSD! I love the research behind how yoga helps with mental health. However it really opened my eyes with all the other research that they’ve done on noninvasive treatments with no side effects but insurances would rather have us get medications with risk of side effects. Amazing what our healthcare system is all about.
