I read this book really fast. I totally get why everyone loves it as a fun, summer, beach read. If you read Love and Other Words, and liked the premise (just not the problematic ending), then this book is an easy recommendation. It has the fun summer lake house, and the second chance romance. I did think the book dragged out the big reveal of what happened a bit (though that tends to be true in these kinds of contemporary romances).

I really liked the growth that Percy had in the end (though most of it happened in time we didn't see). I liked the ending message and how the story was wrapped up a lot.

Overall a fun, quick read.
