The Body Has a Mind of Its Own: How Body Maps in Your Brain Help You Do (Almost) Everything Better by Matthew Blakeslee, Sandra Blakeslee

4.0

This book took forever to finish because it was in ebook form, which I'm often terrible at remembering. It was fascinating and sparked all kinds of curiosities and ideas for me.

Quite a bit was simplified from a neuroscience perspective, for a lay audience. This makes sense, but I would have enjoyed the full science info!!

One VERY outdated/stereotypical section on autism, yikes. The "no empathy" and "they don't play" kind. Um, we play, we just play differently ;)
