Persephone's Orchard by Molly Ringle

• Strong character development? It's complicated
• Loveable characters? Yes

This book was out of my comfort zone as it was more romance which isn't what I normally read.  That being said, knowing the story of Hades and Persephone, I thoroughly enjoyed this reimagining.  The main character, Sophie is a freshman in college, and learns quite a bit about herself and that she has a past life where she meets someone named Adrian.  Adrian shows her a different world, which is an adventure in itself.  I will be continuing with the trilogy.
