Another example of when I judge a book by its cover because it is GORGEOUS. But then, it is just words on paper and gives me no real feeling.
This book was fast paced, to me, because everything moves quickly. We move right past the main characters mommy issues and somehow this tiny girl unalived a man and carries him in to some forest and buries him. She has ambitions to pretty much do the same to the king, okay. It was sexist, until it wasn't, because she is all about girl power. lol. The ending was extremely predictable, I pretty much called it at 25%, but it was a fun read so I didn't DNF because it did keep me reading. So it did have some merit. I do not know if I am going to read the second book yet or not, but we shall see.
