Im thinking maybe thrillers aren’t my thing. It was fine. Very twisty. Lots of turns but mostly because the author specifically kept things from the reader and not because of the characters. Even with not knowing the details I predicted some of the twists pretty early on (Christian being the reason Vickey’s sister killed herself). The thing that got me the most was figuring out the Lauren and Simone weren’t having an affair and that Vickey and Simone weren’t married. But the only reason I didn’t figure that out is because the author kept the details from the reader. It was good. I’m glad they got away with it. But meh overall
