So here we are seeing events unfold through the eyes of Danaus the vampire hunter. He seeks out Mia the Firestarter in Savannah, and discovers that she is slowly losing her mind and that there is a demonic Bori on the loose. With the Naturi free, and the Bori fighting to be free of their cage, what is a flame wielding vampire and a half-bori hunter to do?
A little bit disappointed in Mia's character in this one. She seems very weak here. I wonder if its an attempt to make her seem more sympathetic and human? Don't like it.
I loved Danaus' character in this one, as well as the relationship development between him and Mia.
Interested to see where Drake takes the characters next.
