elusive, heady, staggering. to me, anyway. i don’t think these are negative qualities though. i wish i owned this physically so could chew on the plot(? lyrics, maybe?) in the margins. i also wish i had a globe in front of me so i could “follow along” with all of the purple earthly prose haha. def in a league of its own; i’ve never read anything quite like this. i think i enjoyed it more than i can currently integrate. def a book to revisit in my future.
