Age of Myth by Michael J. Sullivan

A fine fantasy. Which from me isn't saying much since I read fantasy but generally don't love it. But this one had some nice bits. It had a pretty good twist on what it means to be an elf versus a human. And a powerful group of magic users versus everyone else. I liked the mystic. I liked the use of language. Sure most of the story was kind of dumb and not a lot happened. And there was a bear but at least not a were bear. But it really could have been so much worse. The humans were fairly primitive but even that was done better than I would have expected. 3.5 of 5.
