Various Choamsky essays, fair amount of overlap in topics/themes. American libertarianism is basically unfettered capitalism, real libertarianism is basically anarchism, the shape of which he cannot articulate because other than basque/catalan parts of Spain during the Spanish civil war we haven’t really tested it out. Contestant revolutionary experimentation is required, always based on the principal that the burden of proof to justify exerting power over someone else is carried by the person exerting that power.
