The twists in this novel all feel plausible. Thrillers often get stuck turning themselves into pretzels just to be unexpected and shocking, often leaving any sense of reality or plausibility behind. This novel stays in the real world and seals up tightly any obvious plot holes. Or so says me. For whatever that’s worth.
