As a sucker for second chance romance, I would like to personally apologize to the trope for this book.
To sum this book up : they fuck, he fucks up, they stop talking, he comes back years later, barely apologizes, she forgives me. repeat.
Honestly, their relationship had no development whatsoever. Oliver is an asshole, and she loses her entire personality when it comes to him and becomes such a pushover.... I honestly can't think of a single thing I liked about them. The only thing I agree with Oliver on is that Chloe deserved a better man than him.
Anyway, still gonna read the rest of the series because I really want to know the other Sawyer sisters' stories, especially April's!
