This book had me at “set in Mumbai!” I loved it so much that I finished it in just one day. The setting, the characters, and really everything about Match Me If You Can felt so refreshing. Swati Hegde wrote such a gripping romcom that even I—someone who usually doesn’t read in this genre—couldn’t put this book down. 

 

I also grew up watching tons of Bollywood movies so every Shah Rukh Khan reference managed to pull a laugh out of me. 

 

Match Me If You Can is a fantastic debut by Swati Hegde and I can’t wait for her next book.
