Next of Kin by Hannah Bonam-Young

4.0

I read Out on a Limb a few months ago after it was getting a lot of hype on the internet. I read it and thought it was just fine. It was cute and I loved the casual representation it displayed. But wow. Next of Kin is Hannah Bonam-Young's real star.

I thought the setup was strange and not something I had heard of before (the program - not siblings getting custody of their younger siblings), but it ended up being such a good plot setup. Willow and Luke were such good secondary characters. Luke's relationship with Chloe, in particular, added so much to the book.

Warren and Chloe's relationship was so sexy, but also sweet and wholesome. They were a true partnership and supported each other through various trials. They are a couple I can see staying together well after the end of the book.

I genuinely really enjoyed Next of Kin. I have heard from a couple of people that if I liked Next of Kin, I will like the next book in the NEXT series even more!
