Most of the story is page turning. The fact that the new alpha of Boston keeps looking Charles in the eye and trying to defend his area goes against everything the series has said before about old alphas not being willing to confront him. The outdoor sex with FBI, other werewolves, and a witch standing just a bit away while they are consultants for the FBI is extremely stupid. They’re there to represent werewolves and they decide to go at it during an investigation? Absurd and annoyingly idiotic. I was not surprised by the court ruling; it’s just what humans would do.
