Obviously this book is supposed to be psychologically disturbing and whilst I understood that, I still found it hard not to skip a few pages. The unique plot was well written but I did find the ending was slightly rushed. The main character had all these things she wanted to achieve and it would have been nice to experience the fallout a bit more. It can be triggering due to heavy themes of child abuse, violence and sexual abuse etc.
